A Tapa in Spain is essentially an appetizer that is served in a bar or restaurant to accompany the drink [1], usually without additional economic cost. Traditionally, the usual form of consumption is taking one or two per site along with the drink and then move to another bar, where the process is repeated. In this consumer roaming (local, local consumption and new) is called tapas, or go for tapas, and may lengthen as long as the participants want to stay local and open in many regions of Spain is quite usual dining out or eating weekends based tapas. However, with improvement in the culinary variety of tapas, are increasingly staying in a single local and lunch or dinner based on a set of caps or ration (the same food, but in larger quantities), how to eat regularly referred to as biting or pecking. In this format of food at times as tapas are small portions of dishes that have not traditionally been employed in that role, like paella, gazpacho or the salmorejo.
